What problem does this solve?

Compatibility with mods that adds thirst with different states of water, like Thirst Was Taken (and Thirst Was Reclaimed). At the moment, when pumping out dirty water, it immediately becomes clean inside the pipes and tanks

Proposed solution

TWT also adds water filters with pipe outlets at the top and bottom, but for some reason, water doesn’t flow through them without the pipes themselves
