I suggested this in the Potioneering discord but I'm not sure which of you this is more relevant for so I'm putting it here as well

a pipe block that measures fluid passing through

two modes:
-signal output based on active flow, 0 to max
-signal output when target amount threshold is reached (invertible)/reset on signal in

other features:
-filter slot (for measurement only, not a pass filter)

given that this block is somewhat rotation agnostic, every feature I described should be able to fit on one side of it; visual indicator, signal out, reset signal in, filter slot
